PHX NIGHT MARKET TO DEBUT IN DOWNTOWN PHOENIX
ASIAN SUN // JANUARY 2018
Kimchi French Fries, Rainbow Soup Dumplings, Floating Noodles, these are just a small sampling of the magic, local chefs in the Valley are cooking up for the PHX Night Market coming to downtown Phoenix, Spring 2017. The highly anticipated event is a foodie utopia packed with over 30+ drool worthy vendors and live entertainment featuring some of the best talent in the area.
The dynamic duo behind the delectable event are no strangers to the Arizona food scene. Tony Ce, owner of insta-famous Snoh Ice Shavery in downtown Phoenix, has been serving up the addicting fluffy Asian dessert since 2013. Cindy Louie, veteran restaurant designer and founder of Go Studio Go, has designed branding and interiors for some of the biggest names in the Valley including Fox Restaurant Concepts.
“This is the stuff dreams are made of… PHX Night Market is an opportunity for small business owners to make a big dent in the local market. There’s so much culture in Arizona, but most people don’t get to experience it, because it’s so scattered. This is our chance to unlock all those hidden doors and bring everyone together,” says Louie.
PHX night market will debut for two nights with an anticipated attendance of over 5,000 hungry patrons. Each vendor will be serving a limited-edition item that will only be available at the PHX Night Market. Early bird tickets will be on sale beginning of year, but the media buzz is already spreading.
You’ll definitely want to break out the sweat pants and glow sticks for this one.
PHX Night Market is currently accepting sponsorship partners and selecting qualified vendors. If you are interested in becoming a sponsorship partner or a featured vendor, please email Cindy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
